ABOS LLC, doing business as Agency Builder Operating System ("ABOS", "we", "our", or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about users of agencybuilderos.com and the ABOS platform.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, including your name, email address, and password. We also collect data you enter into the platform such as client contact information, policy records, notes, and activity logs. We collect usage data including log data, device information, and interactions with the platform.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the ABOS platform. We use it to send you platform notifications and updates, to provide customer support, and to analyze usage patterns to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Text messages (SMS). If you choose to receive text messages from ABOS, such as weekly training reminders and account notices, we will send them to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies (about 1–4 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data you enter about your clients — including names, contact information, and policy details — is your data. ABOS acts as a data processor on your behalf. We do not access, use, or share your client data except as necessary to operate the platform or as required by law.
The GIDEON AI feature processes data from your account to generate recommendations, briefings, and responses. This processing occurs through third-party AI providers including OpenAI. Data sent to AI providers is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
If you use ABOS to send SMS messages or emails to your clients, you are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from those recipients in compliance with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. ABOS provides the tools — compliance is the responsibility of the agent using them.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@agencybuilderos.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
ABOS integrates with third-party services including SMS providers (Twilio), AI providers (OpenAI), and payment processors. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms and privacy policies.
ABOS allows agents to connect their own Gmail account to send emails to clients and leads directly from ABOS. When you connect Gmail, ABOS only requests permission to send email on your behalf ("gmail.send") -- we do not read, store, or otherwise access the contents of your Gmail inbox. Google user data obtained through this integration is used solely to send messages you compose within ABOS and is not used to train any AI model, and is not shared with third parties except Google itself, as necessary to deliver the message. You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time from Settings, which immediately revokes ABOS's access to your Google account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of ABOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
